The Malmi train station and its services are about 500 m away. From the train station it takes about 15 minutes to the city center by train. There is a mall on both sides of Malmi station, so there are plenty of shops to choose from. From the balcony you can see Malmi swimming hall (about 100 m). There are also tennis courts and other outdoor sports about 300 m away and very nice woods and fields for cycling or running close by. Many buses leave from Malmi station, so public transport is quite good to the west and east also.
